Out of hours call out service terms and conditions

  1. Our phone lines are open from 08:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday and 10:00 to 15:00 Saturday and Sunday. Requests for call out visits made late in the day may be held over to the following day.
  2. Out of hours call outs are done on a first come first served basis, although regular customers may be given preference.
  3. For health and safety reasons, whether or not we attend site is ultimately the on call engineers decision.
  4. We will endeavor where possible to get you up and running over the phone rather than visiting site. This is done to get your plant up and running quickly.  Hopefully this will save you the cost of an out hours call out.
  5. Fair usage. If you are not a regular customer the amount of free of charge phone calls with regards to out of hours call outs is three. Any more than three and we may insist that we carry out a site visit or charge a consultancy fee for our time.
  6. For new customers we insist on payment in cleared funds up front to cover the basic call out. We include in the price travel to and from site and up to two hours on site. We will require payment whilst on site for extra time over the two hours and parts fitted. Payment may be made via BACS or Paypal.
  7. We reserve the right to abort your site visit if we find that access to your plant endangers our engineers health or safety. If you have not told us in advance of any health and safety issues we will still charge you the full price for our visit.
  8. We prefer to make a first time fix however for reasons out of our control this may not always be possible. We reserve the right to charge for our time on site even if we can not get you up and running on the day.
  9. If it is us that can not make the call out for whatever reason a full refund will be given at the earliest opportunity.

Our contact page requires you to leave us contact information such as name, email address and telephone number. We use this information purely to contact you with regards to your inquiry. Contact information will remain on file.  We may from time to time email you other information about the services we offer.
